This property is spread over three floors in Hammersmith and was completely uninhabitable at purchase. There was no kitchen, bathroom, flooring or lighting and all windows were bricked up. It was thoroughly neglected and needed a full refurbishment. With the exception of a staircase, three walls, some panelling and a beautiful mahogany handrail, everything was removed/rebuilt/altered in some way.

Our invovelment in this project was full service - from the intial survey drawings, spacial layout, applying for planning, preparing drawings including plumbing layouts, electrical plans etc, through to the kitchen design and specification of all floor finishes, sanitaryware, ironmongery window treatments, paint colours, furniture, picture hanging etc.

Once planning was obtained, the project was a six month project.
